Product Designer & UX Researcher

Bio
I'm a product designer and UX researcher in the Greater Toronto Area. Before design, I spent a decade at Rogers, including three years in product management. I understand business goals, constraints, and enough of the technical conversation to have a meaningful one. I design with the whole room in mind.
I'm completing the User Experience Design graduate certificate at Humber Polytechnic (2025 to 2026). My focus is trust and cognitive load in AI-assisted work.
For my capstone I designed, tested, and shipped Show Your Work, a Chrome extension that helps people verify AI answers before signing their name to them. It runs on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The same thinking runs through my field research for CareFlow Digital: in both projects, the problem was what people cannot see, and the design answer was to make checking easier than believing.

Interaction & Product Design
Flows, prototypes, and design systems built from research findings.
AI Verification UX
Interfaces that help people check AI output instead of vouching for it. This is the specialty.
